01- Our rates include: Only and exclusively the services detailed above, except for the extensions the parts may agree on expressly.
02- Our rates do not include: Extras, telephone calls, voluntary tips to drivers and guides, washing and ironing of clothes or any other service unspecified beforehand on the reservation.
03- Transportation: Included only when duly specified on the correspondent item. According to the service provided by the transport agencies hired.
04- Luggage: And any other personal belonging are not subject to transport contract, meaning any object that the passenger carries with him, no matter where it is kept on the vehicle, or that it is carried at the passenger’s own risk without being showed to the organizers. Passengers may be forced to respond contractually for the loss or damage that these items may suffer during the trip for any cause.
05- Lodging: The Company guarantees the category of the accommodation in the hotel required or similar.
06- Means of payment: All the individual passenger reservations are firm once the 30% of the total cost is paid in advance, and the rest according to what has been agreed with the administrative department of our company. The price will stay fixed only when the service hired has been full paid. In case of groups 50% deposit will be required to fix all the costs and 10 days before the arrival of the group.

07- Changes: The Operator (E.V. T. 9568 DNST 331) reserves the right to make total or partial alterations in case of force majeure, only when it is necessary for the better development of the activities, without altering the service provided. In the case of entire trips that include transportation with scheduled tours, these can be delayed or cancelled if the minimum number of people required for the regular development of the tour is not reached. In this case, the passengers have the right to claim back the amount paid without any interest or compensation. If the trip has to be extended beyond the term agreed due to extraordinary reasons against the Company’s will, the passengers will have to bear the expenses.
08- Responsibility: The Operator (E.V. T. 9568 DNST 331) declines all responsibility arising from accidents and their consequences, strikes, delays or changes of timings, weather conditions, natural disaster, governmental decisions, theft, loss or damage of luggage and / or personal belongings, etc. Being the company just an intermediary between the passengers and the companies that provide the different services (transportation, hotel, restaurant, etc.), the responsibility is covered by them.
09- Voucher: All passengers must claim the services booked by the company through a voucher. This has to specify clearly the services hired, whether regular or private. A voucher must be issued for each service hired. In case of needing more than one room, a voucher must be issued for each one of them. They should specify the category of the room the passenger will be taking and in no case will they include the extras that are responsibility of the agency.
10- Reimbursements: No reimbursement will apply over services, which were not used due to the passenger’s will.
11- Cancellations: A no-show fee (equivalent to a day) or the penalty correspondent to the agency for not having cancelled a reservation in due time and course will apply.
12- For the passenger’s knowledge: The acceptance of the trip carries the agreement to all the clauses, which the passengers declare to know and accept at the moment the reservation, is made.
13- Rates: The rates are subject to change with no previous announcement. |
